How do I order from Gaxs Watches online shop?
Choose the product that you want and add it to the cart. Proceed to checkout, choose payment method and fill in your shipping information.

How do I pay?
You can pay with credit card via Stripe or Paypal. You can also pay via your Paypal account.

Where do I put my promo code?
In checkout on the right side.

How do I get my order confirmation?
When the order is placed you will receive an email with your confirmation.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship your watches to all countries?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

What is the shipping cost?
It is free shipping worldwide.

How do I get my shipping information?
You will receive an email with the shipping information as soon as the package has been shipped?

Can I track my package?
Yes, You can find your tracking nr and tracking information in the shipping information email.

Where is my package shipped from?
All watches are sent from Sweden.

How long is the return period?
It is 14 days from the day the product/products has been received.

How can I return a product?
Folllow these steps:

  • Send a email to info@gaxs.se and tell us that you regret your purchase or if your product is damaged. 
  • Package the product well.
  • Add name and order number.

How long does it take to get a response on my email?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will always do our best to reply to you as soon as possible, usually you will get your answer in 24 hours.

Where and how can I share my pictures of my new watch from Gaxs Watches?
We are always interested in new photos with our watches in! Tag us on Instagram @gaxswatches and share it with #gaxswatches You can also post them on our Facebook Wall. Warranty

Do I have any warranty?
You have a 12 month warranty.

What does the warranty cover??
The warranty covers damage related to to production such as manufacturing defects, defects resulting either product is used or not. The warranty do not cover:

  • Damages due to misuse. 
  • Water damages.
  • Damages on the leather strap or glass.
  • Battery replacement.
  • Damages due to interference by anyone other outsider.
  • Accident or normal wear and tear.

    Is the watch water resistant?
    Our watches have a water resistance of 5atm/50m which means that
    the watch will withstand rain, splashing, showering and shallow swimming but not diving, snorkeling or water sports.

    Whats the width of the straps?
    20mm

    Whats the length of the straps?
    First collection
    Buckle side: 75 mm, Non buckle side: 120mm.
    Second Collection
    Buckle side: 80 mm, Non buckle side = 113 mm.
